JIFFYGRILLE: Microwave Roasting Bag / Grilling System  is a “new food” category.

JIFFYGRILLE  patented process offers a two microwave oven coating systems in a microwave susceptor roasting bag to cook raw meats in microwave ovens.

Designed for microwave cooking of " FRESH " protein snacks, individual or selected family sized portions of fresh chicken, pork and fish products.  JiffyGrille will deliver the traditional  “oven roasted” cooking experience ensuring  “aroma, flavor and cooked eye appeal” in minutes in a microwave oven.

The patented JiffyGrille Microwave Marinade Roasting System is available with two delivery coating systems :-

a) JiffyGrille DryRub Spice Mix Powder and microwave roasting bag
      OR
b) JiffyGrille Liquid Marinade Spics Mix  and microwave roasting bag

JiffyGrille "cook fresh/consumer friendly" system has applications into two market sectors :-

1) Microwave Commercial Roasting Kit  packaged with factory meat or supermarket Dept selected fresh chicken, pork and fish portions:-  for consumer home use,  to place the pieces in the roasting bag, completely coat the pieces and cook in the microwave oven, making sure to check for doneness.

2) Microwave Retail / consumer Roasting Kit  sold as a complete kit for consumer home use. This complete kit will enable the consumer to use their own selected fresh chicken, pork and fish portions:- for consumer to place their selected pieces in the roasting bag,  completely coat the pieces and cook in the microwave oven, making sure to check for doneness.

A full range of flavors and aromas are available which can be modified to client preference and expanded to include popular regional and ethnic tastes.
eg: Honey BBQ, Garlic Herbs, Honey Mustard, Teriyaki etc.

Microwave "fully cooked / oven grilled"  fresh meats categories include :-

Chicken:   thighs, breasts, legs, drumsticks, strips, nuggets etc.
Pork:        chops, loin of pork, baby back ribs, etc.
Lamb:       ribs, chops etc.
Fish:         fillets, fingers, strips  etc.

The microwave susceptor "roasting pouch / bag"  is the cooking vessel and insures a moist and juicy finished cooking result without clean-up of cooking trays and pans.

Convenience stores, gas stations, snack food outlets and food service "finger food" appetizers are value added category candidates for this "cook fresh" microwave technology.
